Say NO to SOPA & PIPA

PIPA: (PROTECT IP Act)

Preventing Real Online Threats to Economic Creativity and Theft of Intellectual Property Act..

PIPA, if passed, will give  U.S. corporations and the government the right to seek affirmative legal action with any website that they see as enabling copyright infringement whether of U.S. origin or not.

SOPA: (Stop Online Piracy Act)

SOPA, if passed, will work in conjunction with PIPA.

Expand the ability of U.S. law enforcement to fight online trafficking in copyrighted intellectual property and counterfeit goods.

How SOPA and PIPA Affects You?

·         Many Websites will be Blocked or Removed by US Gevernment: Like where you download movies, copyrighted software and play games.

Now MEGAUPLOAD is Blocked and next all the sites that enable sharing for Free Download of movies, games, software etc. will be Removed.

·         There would be NO Facebook, YouTube, MediaFire, SoundCloud, Twitter, DropBox, or any other site that can be targeted as a place where online piracy could take place.

·         You cannot share Videos from YOUTUBE in any other sites or Upload Videos over YOUTUBE.

·         If this Bill gets passed over US, The next is India.

·         Torrentz also will disappear in a year.

·         All Blog websites from where you gain knowledge through search engine will be removed.

What You Can Do?

·         Inform Everyone You Know.

·         Sign Online Petitions at:

Let’s tell the bill's supporters to kill the bill!

Talking points:
  • To save the free Internet I call on you to remove the PIPA vote from the Senate's schedule.
  • Over a million people across the world object to US censorship of the global Internet.
  • The bill would make the US one of the worst Internet censors in the world -- joining the ranks of countries like China and Iran.
  • There are other, less damaging, ways to protect copyright and commercial interests.

Now say no to the corporate lobbyists

Rupert Murdoch, Sony, Electronic Arts and other companies are pushing hard for the Internet censorship bills. Let's let them know that global public opinion is against them.

Sample Facebook Message: I call on you to stand for a free and open Internet and oppose both the Protect IP Act and the Stop Online Piracy Act.
